Making Crust:
Ingredients:
- 250g of flour
- 125g of butter
- 1 or 2 tablespoon of sugar
- Little bit of salt
- an egg
- 1 or 2 tablespoon of fresh milk
Direction:
1. Add salt to the flour
2. Mix flour and butter using fingers till becomes breadcrumbs (gaul ramas)
3. Add egg, sugar, and milk
4. mix em till become a dough
5. Leave the dough for about half an hour
Making filling:
Ingredients:
- a pineapple ( u may use canned pineapple chunks)
- 100g of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 50g of raisins
- 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch (tepung jagung)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1.Ppeel the pineapple and cut into cubes
2. Mix everything except the corn starch
3. Cook em for bout 10 min
4. Add the corn starch
5. Stir them bout 5 min.
